fatigue, apathy, mental depression, crying following circumstances that would not normally cause that reaction, insomnia, palpitation, vertigo, headache,
numbness, tingling, myalgia, urinary disturbances such as
frequency and incontinence, and various disorders
of the gastro-intestinal system.
May be due to removal of the ovaries or failure of the pituitary gland to function, as
well as a function of aging (generally begins around 50 years of age)
Panax Ginseng is particularly good for revitalizing the body. The Chinese find it
particularly effective following a fever, but it generally works to make one feel better without side effects.
Dong Quai is well known for it's ability to relieve female symptoms.
Licorice in general has anti-inflammatory capability.
Magnesium aids in maintaining blood sugar levels.
Zinc is an effective immune booster because it aids the body's T cells.
